Urgently Hiring Program Evaluation Analyst Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Summary/objective:

The Program Evaluation & Data Specialist supports Warren Village’s ability to use meaningful and accurate data for program learning, improvement, accountability, and reporting. In partnership with the Evaluation & Data Manager and Family & Community Impact Programs (FCIP) leaders, this role manages core data systems, leads program survey and reporting processes, strengthens data quality, and builds staff capacity to collect, interpret, and use data effectively. FCIP serves more than 300 residents, alumni, and children annually through housing-embedded supportive services across multiple facilities at Gilpin, Warren Village at Alameda, First Step, and the Alumni Program. The Specialist will work closely with all four programs.

• Monitor the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of program data across FCIP and support other departments as needed.
• Establish routine data-quality checks, flag issues, review/refine processes, and establish feedback loops with program staff and leadership.
• Partner with program teams to identify, understand, and resolve data-quality and fidelity concerns.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, standard operating procedures, shared definitions, and data-quality documentation in collaboration with program leads and the Evaluation & Data Manager.

Work Environment:

The work environment is primarily a professional office setting. The employee works primarily at a desk using standard office equipment, including a computer, telephone, printer, and copier. The noise level is typically quiet to moderate, with occasional interruptions common in a collaborative office environment.

Physical Demands:

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position while working at a computer for extended periods (50-75%). The employee frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment, including a keyboard, mouse, telephone, copier, and printer. The employee occasionally moves throughout the office to attend meetings, retrieve files, or access office equipment. The employee must frequently communicate with others verbally and in writing and be able to exchange accurate information. The employee must also be able to view and interpret information on computer screens and written documents at close range. Salary & Benefits: Hiring Range: $30.62 to $34.45 DOE and licensure (Full salary range up to $34.55 for long-tenured staff currently in position or other exceptional circumstances.)
