Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Las Vegas & Henderson
Type: Full-time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role ensures equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently, supporting overall business goals through both scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installations, inspections, and maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders to guide repairs and maintenance.
  • Replace or repair defective parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance routines, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report to supervision.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Adhere to OSHA, FDA, GMP, and all plant safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance.
  • PLC and HVAC knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:
  • Exposure to food allergens and production environments with wheat, nuts, coconut, and soy products.
  • Use of PPE is required at all times.
