Job description

Predictive Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for independently solving the machine operation concerns presented to us by our customers through our comprehensive on-site field service capabilities. We will fully train this person to be an expert in vibration analysis, field balancing, laser alignment and machine operation.

The role requires prompt availability to respond to the emergency needs that arise with our customers and therefore involves regular overtime. This position requires a readiness for the unique situations and conditions that may be faced at our customer's job sites. This is a client facing position and requires an attentive approach to communicating with customers and diplomatically handling the technical aspects for the job to assure customer satisfaction. The work we do can be at customer locations around the country, but primarily in the Chicago area.

Training is provided, as are all tools necessary for the work. This is a full-time job involving after-hours work as needed. Benefits include health insurance; company paid short-term and long-term disability; and life insurance as well as a 401K plan. Paid holidays as well as paid time off are included.
