Job description

POSITION: Maintenance Manager

STATUS: Full-Time Permanent Position

SALARY: $130,000-$140,000 annually + Excellent Benefits

LOCATION: Lubbock, TX

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in process improvement, problem resolution, and team development.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology/Toyota Production System is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, large equipment installations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong budgetary and strategic management capabilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
