Schedule
• PRN, as needed
• Day and night shifts, 12 hours (6:00-6:30)
Job Description
• Administer meds and treatments within RN scope
• Participate in shift reports and communicate with residents, families, and staff
• Complete admission assessments, assist with MDS and care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide limited supervision and assist with ADLs as needed
• Participate in training and use AMS tools for process improvement
• Perform other related duties
Selective Preference
• Open to recent grads or those with under 1 year of SNF/LTC experience
Requirements

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/BLS
• TB test / 2 step
• Active RN license
• Hepatitis B vaccine or declination
