Job Description

We are working towards a paper free by 2023 initiative, for which the team is creating micro products in Azure cloud which will help the members to choose paperless options, and will allow them to view/get a digital version of their communications. Enterprise Communications Services Platform is a new development project which started 18 months ago. We have some products now up and running in production, but there are several other products which need to be built in a tight timeline, and currently I am anticipating the project to go on until end of 2023 or till the paper free objective is achieved.

Candidate Background

Health care experience is a plus, however it is not mandatory. We want the candidate to be a strong developer in Java/Sprintboot/Cloud. 100% hands-on.

Top Skills

Java 7 - 9 years, Spring boot 3-4 years, Cloud experience preferably Azure.

Team Structure

We have 3 teams each consisting of 4 developers, 1 quality engineer and a Scrum Master. We are also onboarding 2 additional team of similar size. Most member of the team are situated in India. On-site location in Basking Ridge, NJ has 3 developers, 1 architect and 1 Business Systems Analyst. We are in the processing of hiring 1 additional Solution Architect(this requirement) and a Lead Software Engineer. Once we onboard additional 2 teams, there may be need of hiring few more SAs, BSAs and developers onsite.

Interview Process

2 rounds: 1 non-technical getting to know the candidate 30 minutes : 1 technical/behavioral 60 to 90 minute. We may have a follow-up with senior leadership(optional). First round on phone; Second round on video preferably, but not mandatory. Second round will be technical. Candidate should be able to explain deployment architecture on-prem and as well as on-cloud. Be able to answer Java/Springboot/Cloud (preferably Azure) related questions. Provide solutions to a given use case. Some Behavioral questions.
