The FEP Operations Center is seeking Lead Requirements Analysts to support Claims Project Requirements initiatives.

Vendor Information

The Service Benefit Plan Administrative Service Corporation (SBPASC) needs Three (3) Lead Requirement Analyst contractors. These individuals will work as part of the Claims Projects Requirements Team leading and executing on one or more of the FEP Operations Center projects.

Required Skills

Candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge of Health Care Claims processing.

Candidate must demonstrate experience in one or more of the following Healthcare domains:

o Medicare/OPL Claims Processing

o HIPAA Transactions (837, 270/271, 276/277)

o 4010 to 5010 Conversion

o Healthcare Plans (Commercial and Government)

o Benefits Administration

o Coordination of Benefits

o ICD Codes

Candidate must demonstrate ability to lead a requirements development initiative using the appropriate IIBA and PMP methodologies, tools and techniques.

Candidate must lead and execute the various requirements analysis techniques required to deliver a successful project.

Candidate must have deep knowledge/experience in using various requirements analysis techniques such as:

o Context Data Flow Diagram

o Entity Relationship Diagram

o Glossary

o Process Decomposition Diagram

o Decision Tables

o Workflow Diagramming

o Use Case Modeling

o User Stories

o Prototyping

o Translate Business Rules into Decision Table Models

Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to:

Candidate's ability to analyze existing system processes is a plus
