Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Winchester, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in Winchester, Virginia. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to restore function and improve mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercises
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
