We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented leader who thrives in chaos to manage the Card Collateral Creation Pod for Card Delivery and own card delivery projects as well. This pivotal role oversees the management of collateral creation, ensuring quality, support for multiple suppliers, and efficiency while driving business intent.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Be the Central Hub: Own the Card Delivery Collateral POD and serve as the primary liaison, connecting multiple third-party vendors and various internal lines of business to ensure seamless execution

  • Lead/Support Personalization supplier relationship to drive on time and flawless delivery at our suppliers

  • Support the order process with the manufacturing of required paper/ plastic project need

  • Transition projects successfully to BAU without interruption to existing workflow

  • Become a subject matter expert on personalization and manufacturing processes, learning upstream and downstream impacts to supplier

  • Partner with Product and Tech to support LOB projects and investments in our inhouse processes

  • Own project documentation, lead/participate on weekly project calls with suppliers, and setup and lead onsite project launches

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Third party vendor management

  • At least 3 years of Project or Process Management Experience

  • Business Process Management or Lean certification

Work from Home Technology Requirements

  • Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
