Job description

Title: Sr Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Banking experience is mandatory.

Key responsibilities: 

  • IT Delivery, Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for cross-functional teams focused on Corporate Banking and KYC remediation.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the product backlog is clearly defined and prioritized, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach the team on Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile adoption.
  • Work closely with stakeholders involved in customer onboarding and KYC remediation, ensuring processes are compliant with industry regulations and delivered on time.
  • Support teams in identifying and resolving blockers, removing impediments, and driving the team towards achieving sprint goals. Ensure transparent communication and tracking of team progress through Jira or similar project management tools. Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team, aligning efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and track the performance of the team, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
