Mission: Be the "front door" and organizational backbone of Company-ensuring every client interaction is smooth, warm, and professional, while removing day-to-day administrative burden from partner.
High-touch, reactive, people-facing support (Admin/Client Experience)
Who This Role Supports:
Primary: Partner
Secondary: Director of Client Services and Partner
Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience & Office Presence (greet clients, create a high-end, welcoming experience)
    • Manage client hospitality (drinks, setup, room readiness)
    • Answer phones and route inquiries professionally
  • Office Organization and Supplies
    • Maintain office files (branch office files, CRS)
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management
    • Coordinate client meetings, reschedules, and confirmations
    • Manage meeting cadence (annual reviews, check-ins, etc.)
  • Administrative Support (Primarily for One Partner)
    • Help with follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
  • Assist with CRM updates for basic client notes/tasks
  • Event & Client Engagement Support (invites, tracking RSVPs, coordination)
