Job Description:

This position provides customer-focused support to resolve technology related problems with UPS and vendor software, edge scanning and data collection devices, desktops and laptops, etc. He/She will accurately manage technology hardware and software inventory and update all work tracking tools with detailed troubleshooting and resolution information. This position performs other tasks as requested.
