Location: Atlanta, GA home based with approximately 30% overnight travel


Are you an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer looking for greater technical autonomy, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to progress within a rapidly growing critical power specialist?


On offer is a highly varied, home based position where you will take ownership of a regional territory, work across multiple leading UPS manufacturers and support mission critical customers where reliability is essential.


This engineer owned company specializes in UPS and critical power services for data centers, healthcare, government, telecommunications and other essential facilities. They are continuing to grow nationally and offer excellent opportunities to progress into senior engineering, technical leadership or regional field service management.


In this role, you will commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, PDUs and Static Transfer Switches. You will provide preventive maintenance and emergency support while delivering technical recommendations that directly improve customer reliability and uptime.


This role would suit an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer who wants technical variety, independence and genuine long term progression within a growing organization.


The Role:

  • Commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS and critical power systems
  • Work across batteries, PDUs, STSs and multiple UPS manufacturers
  • Cover Georgia from a home base with approximately 30% overnight travel


The Candidate:

  • UPS or critical power field service experience
  • Experience with Vertiv, Liebert, Emerson, Eaton, Powerware, APC, Schneider, MGE or PDI
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and customer service skills
