Job Summary
Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced High-Volume Technical Recruiter to support rapid hiring ramp-ups for banking and financial services clients. This role is designed for recruiters who excel in fast-paced environments, can manage large requisition loads, and consistently deliver qualified candidates under aggressive timelines. The focus will be on hiring Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other technology roles within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for banking and financial services roles
  • Handle 15-30+ active requisitions simultaneously during ramp-up periods
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to quickly align on role priorities, must-have skills, and timelines
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and referrals
  • Conduct high-throughput screening calls while maintaining candidate quality
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes with speed and accuracy
  • Build and maintain ready-to-deploy talent pipelines for recurring banking roles
  • Support rapid onboarding and start-date coordination
  • Track recruitment activity, submissions, interviews, and hires in the ATS
  • Provide daily or weekly recruiting metrics and status updates
  • Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and internal hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing
  • Proven success in high-volume or ramp-up hiring environments
  • Experience recruiting for banking or financial services roles
  • Strong understanding of technical and functional roles (Business Analysts, Developers, QA, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines and shifting demands
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on speed, quality, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large client ramp-ups (20+ hires in short timeframes)
  • Familiarity with W2, contract, and consulting hiring models
  • Experience working with banking clients or regulated environments
  • Metrics-driven recruiting background (submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-fill)
