Regional Sales Lead Manager (West and LATAM)

The Regional Sales Lead Manager (West & LATAM) is responsible for driving commercial performance across the Western U.S. and Latin America regions for the Marken and MNX service portfolios. This role oversees the performance of Account Executives (AEs), ensuring revenue achievement, opportunity pipeline health, and year‑over‑year growth within assigned accounts. The Regional Sales Lead acts as a strategic connector between Sales, Operations, UPS Healthcare, and cross‑functional partners to deliver integrated, customer‑centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Performance Management
  • Account Executive Oversight — Lead, coach, and develop AEs to ensure attainment of revenue goals, opportunity creation targets, and account growth strategies.
  • Onboarding & Training — Provide guidance on onboarding new AEs, reinforcing Marken’s commercial methodology, value proposition, and service line capabilities.
  • Pipeline Governance — Ensure disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and revenue conversion.
  • Performance Reviews — Conduct regular business reviews with AEs to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
  • Operational Alignment — Partner with operational leaders across Marken and MNX service lines to ensure solution feasibility, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • UPS Healthcare Integration — Liaise with UPS Healthcare Business Development and cross‑functional peers to drive “ONE UPS” solutioning and maximize enterprise‑wide value for customers.
  • Commercial Analytics — Work closely with the Commercial Analyst and Pricing teams to support weekly forecasting, pricing strategy, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Strategic Growth & Market Development:
  • Regional Strategy Execution — Support and execute regional growth strategies aligned with Marken’s global commercial objectives.
  • Customer Engagement — Support AEs in high‑value customer engagements, executive‑level presentations, and strategic account planning.
  • Competitive Intelligence — Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and positioning.
Leadership Behaviors:
