Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and be proficient with FedEx and UPS shipping systems. A current sit-down forklift certification is required. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take charge in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

  • Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS platforms

  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

  • Operate sit-down forklift to load/unload and organize products safely

  • Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and logistics partners

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
