Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch truck drivers for pick-ups at customer locations, local ports, and railroads
  • Confirm proper bookings and billings to meet customer requirements
  • Enter data in the computer for planning and general information
  • Provide necessary communications to the terminal regarding specific customer requests
  • Be willing to work extended hours to meet and exceed customer needs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and Safety Compliance
  • Familiarity with DOT safety compliance
  • Thrives off working in a high paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize/multitask
  • Computer Savvy
