Job description

Tom Nehl, the undisputed best heavy-duty truck dealership in Northeast Florida and South Georgia, is looking for experienced and qualified Dispatcher to join our parts team.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising delivery drivers; coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling local and regional deliveries to customer base. Advise Dispatch Supervisor on general delivery and pick up matters.
  • Prepare and direct deliveries and pick-ups for parts, service, and all branches.
  • Dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries and inform sales associates of problems or changes.
  • Maintain driver routing software screen.
  • Support the team by contributing to the daily results as needed.
  • Must be willing to fill in for drivers if necessary.
  • Comply with federal and state vehicle law, regulations, and all company safety rules
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a dispatcher.
