Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining Quality Control documents, including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and forms. Ensures documents are accurate, organized, properly formatted, and meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, and maintain QC documents and forms.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Coordinate document changes through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
  • Track reviews, approvals, and signatures to ensure documents are completed on time.
  • Maintain electronic records and documentation systems.
  • Support QC operations with administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Collect and enter labor data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Use electronic systems for SOPs, training, and document management.
  • Work with team members to resolve documentation issues and keep records accurate.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least six (6) months of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using electronic and web-based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
