Outside Sales Representative – Video Surveillance Solutions

Location: Houston
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped recurring commission + vehicle allowance + benefits

A rapidly growing provider of commercial infrastructure and site services is expanding its Digital Video Surveillance division across Texas and is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow the Houston market.

This is an opportunity to join an established organization with an existing customer base, strong operational support, and significant untapped market potential in construction, multifamily, industrial, logistics, and commercial security applications.

The company provides monitored mobile surveillance solutions designed to protect construction sites, commercial properties, equipment yards, and other high-risk environments. The role combines relationship management within existing accounts and aggressive new business development throughout the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop new business across construction, multifamily, industrial, and commercial markets
  • Build relationships with project managers, superintendents, facilities leaders, and operations teams
  • Prospect and grow existing customer accounts while developing new regional opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through installation handoff
  • Collaborate closely with operations and field teams to ensure successful deployments
  • Identify opportunities to expand recurring monthly revenue across your territory
  • Maintain a strong local presence with customers and industry partners
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience selling video surveillance, monitored security, alarm systems, access control, or related solutions
  • OR experience selling into construction, property management, industrial, or commercial customer bases
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and relationship-based selling
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in the field
  • Ability to develop business across multiple verticals and decision-makers
