Your New Role...
The
Executive Assistant supports the Vice President in Development and acquisitions of formats while assisting with North American local production and pitches for both internal and external partners.
Your Responsibilities...
- Calendar management and PA duties for the VP Development, Sales, Formats
- Booking local and international travel and accommodation. Providing itineraries when applicable;
- Arranging application to industry and Warner Bros. group events and organizing the creation of any associated presentation materials
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Providing refreshments for internal meetings when required
- Acting as a point of contact for general inquiries and calls, dealing with them or passing on to the relevant people in an efficient manner
- Expenses and Credit Card reconciliations
- Preparing presentation materials as required
- Working closely with the other EAs to support each other and stay abreast of the demands on the other Senior Management staff
- Managing work flow: incoming submissions, pitch follow-ups, status reports including cross division communications regarding production calendars, collecting materials for bibles, new creative, market planning, etc.
- Modifying pitch documents, and overseeing the creation of new materials to further the appeal of each project to help with the sales in new territories worldwide
- Helping to identify new 3rd party concepts and trends from US and international production companies - unscripted focus
- Work with WB archives to identify and digitize materials (scripts, director's notes, set-designs, budgets) on formats that are being localized around the group and 3rd parties
Qualifications and Experience...
- PA & calendar management
- Being able to communicate clearly and confidently with senior staff
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Managing a number of tasks/people simultaneously
- Highly organized
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Pro-active
- Honesty and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
