Role Overview

We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role involves hands-on development to build agentic AI experiences that automate common Unreal workflows for developers. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating infrastructure to distribute, develop, and maintain these workflows, collaborating closely with game development teams to identify impactful utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be hands-on in development, writing code that sets a high standard for other engineers.
  • Develop agentic AI experiences that orchestrate tools and services to automate common Unreal workflows for developers, such as triaging issues, proposing fixes, and generating scaffolding.
  • Create infrastructure to distribute, develop, and maintain agentic workflows for wide adoption.
  • Collaborate with game development teams to understand utilities that can make an impact.
  • Innovate with new ideas for AI-integrated workflows, iterate on them, and evaluate their value within the team.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
  • Ability to identify problems and rapidly iterate with teams.
  • Experience with developing agentic workflows.
  • Experience with game development.
  • Experience distributing technical solutions across multiple projects in different stages of development.
