The Lisa Vogel Agency provides a team atmosphere where you are hired as a respected and valued Employee of the Agency, not a Contractor. We provide consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and we take the time to make quality client-caregiver matches to ensure that our caregivers are placed in homes where they are comfortable. Qualifications
 

  • Prior experience as a Caregiver in a healthcare/ in-home care environment (minimum 4 years)
  • (At Least) 2 Direct Care References
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Delighted to work in a one-on-one setting
  • Strives to enforce health and safety standards
  • Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Encouraging, Compassionate, and Reliable
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

Pay

  • $16-18 an hour for M-F schedule, $18- $20/hr if you work weekend shifts only
