A. Test and deploy web services and Java code resulting from the SRS and defects.


B. Interface with other HHSC/DADS development groups to ensure customer support provided as required.


C. Provide after-hours support.

5 years of Experience in IT and the application development life cycle


5 years of Experience in UNIX programming development


5 years of Experience in WebSphere development


5 years of Experience in Java and JSF programming development


5 years of Experience in Oracle/Sybase programming development


5 years of Experience in Hibernate programming development


5 years of Experience in performing rigorous test case scenarios


5 years of Experience with GUI (Desktop and Web)


5 years of Web services programming experience


5 years of Previous experience validating business requirements and design specifications with users


4 years of Experience in developing rigorous test case scenarios using UML or similar technology


4 years of Experience with customer service


4 years of Experience providing after-hours support


4 years of Experience developing rigorous Unit Test scripts


4 years of Experience creating application builds and working with code versioning tools


3 years of Experience developing application systems that are Section 508 compliant
