Job description

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Product Manager to help shape and grow our advanced advertising solutions across digital platforms. This role partners closely with Local Ad Sales teams, agencies, and advertisers to ideate, develop, and manage innovative advertising products and measurement capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital advertising technology, programmatic ecosystems, and streaming media products. You will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of advanced advertising products, gathering market feedback, identifying client needs, and translating business opportunities into scalable product solutions.
This role reports to the VP of Product Management and collaborates cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Operations, Technology, Data, and Product Marketing. The position is based in Los Angeles and supports TelevisaUnivision's rapidly expanding advertising business.
YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
  • Manage and enhance a portfolio of advanced advertising products across TelevisaUnivision digital platforms, including ViX 360
  • Partner with client-facing and sales teams to help define advertising technology strategies and product implementations
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for owned products and provide ongoing support to local sales teams activating client campaigns
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, sales teams, and clients to identify product opportunities and market needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear product documentation, including user stories, workflows, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Support relationships with advertising technology and product vendors
  • Drive product feature development from concept through launch, including QA/UAT testing and release coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to maintain accurate product positioning, sales enablement materials, and operational documentation
  • Help prioritize and maintain the advanced advertising product roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and data teams to deliver scalable advertising solutions

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in media, streaming, digital video, or advertising product management
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and advertising agencies
  • Experience working with advertising technology platforms such as ad servers, CTV solutions, and ad stitching technologies
  • Familiarity with video streaming technologies and digital media environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience managing multiple external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable participating in technical discussions and translating complex concepts into clear business solutions
