Job description

TelevisaUnivision is looking for an experienced analyst to create, develop, and manage Advanced Advertising solutions and capabilities. This will be a high-visibility role, tasked with partnering with the Ad Sales teams and Agency/Advertiser teams to provide support for all aspects of the data-driven advertising process. Core areas of focus will include audience targeting, cross-platform media planning, outcome measurement & insights, and general media optimization.
About You:
The successful candidate has an innovative and process-oriented mindset that prioritizes white-glove service for our internal stakeholders and external customers.
This role will be based in NY and report to the Director of Advanced Advertising (part of TelevisaUnivision's ad sales division). This team member will work closely with key partners across operations, technology, data, and sales to deliver key client solutions.
This opportunity requires excellent media planning skills, creative problem solving, clear communication and process optimization. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of the advanced TV and ad tech space as well as adept at writing detailed feature sets and user stories.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with advertisers and data vendors (LiveRamp, OpenAP, etc) to onboard custom 1st & 3rd party audiences
  • Create optimized media plans and proposals
  • Deliver in-flight pacing updates and post-campaign wrap decks
  • Keep updated internal and external business pipelines & trackers
  • Document product requirements, user journeys, and workflows for new upcoming features
  • Engage closely with the engineering team and our customers to determine the best product implementations
  • Collect feedback directly from customers and translate into concise, well-written instructions for developers
  • Ensure documentation of product requirements & client facing materials are accounted for and up to date
  • QA and UAT new product features prior to release
  • Work with Product leadership on prioritizing and maintaining Univision roadmap in alignment with our strategic vision

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience at a premium broadcaster/publisher, DSP, SSP or advertising agency would be advantageous
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross functionally with internal operation, technology, data, and sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple external vendors
  • Knowledge of data, analytics and technology related to advertising ecosystem
  • Familiarity with automated/programmatic sales channels
  • A fast-learning curve, with the ability to understand our customers' needs on both a business and technical level
