Job description

Title: University Relations Intern
Location: Cleveland, Tennessee (in office)
Salary: $33.00 / hour
Focus: The University Relations Intern supports the college recruiting program and early talent initiatives. This role has the opportunity to gain experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, event planning, and candidate engagement.
What You'll Do:
  • Support college recruiting program through data management, event planning and facilitation, and ongoing special projects support
  • Engage in full-cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, selection processes, interviews, and offers
  • Assist with candidate experience, recruiting processes and procedures, and job file management
  • Conduct data analysis and contribute to various initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring:
  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in a graduate Human Resources, Marketing, or business-related degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
  • Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
  • Ability to work continuously throughout the year, can be part-time (20 hours per week) while taking classes. Not eligible for virtual work.
  • A valid US Driver's license is required
