Summary:

We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Executive with experience building partnerships in the colleges and universities space. Your role will be to grow and maintain relationships with administrators and staff at these institutions, evangelize the 12twenty platform, and close new business to expand our impact across the higher educational landscape.

You'll engage with decision-makers such as Career Center Directors, Program Administrators, IT staff, Deans, etc. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the unique needs of higher education, and a proven ability to align our solutions with their objectives. If you're a self-starter with a record of exceeding quotas and working with these types of institutions, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a remote U.S. opportunity with a travel requirement of up to 20%. 

Responsibilities Include: ​​​​​​
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and other key stakeholders at campuses, demonstrating how 12twenty can be a valuable resource for their campus community, including staff, employers, and students/alumni.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the needs of Career Services administrators
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue
  • Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet the specific needs of Career Services departments and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and influence product features that align with the needs of these institutions
Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of experience in higher education, ideally within Career Services, Employer Relations, or University Recruiting functions
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills
  • A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline while being a strong team player
  • Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all client interactions

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong data or technology experience

Annual compensation range: Up to $110,000 OTE

The annual compensation range for this position is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on company compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. 

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for equity. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company's standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
