Wink World Ambassador
Description
Join the immersive world of ART, MUSIC & AMUSEMENT at AREA15, where the boundaries between reality and limitless creativity blur. Welcome to the "What's Next District."
The Wink World Ambassador will guide and engage visitors in the immersive art experience of Wink World. This role involves providing exceptional visitor service, facilitating their journey through the attraction, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and executing special events within Wink World. The Ambassador must embody the attraction's backstory, maintaining a sense of wonder and positive energy while inviting visitors to share in the experience. They are responsible for creating a memorable and transformative visit for guests by enrolling and exciting them into the mysteries of Wink World. Acting and performance skills are essential to effectively convey the unique atmosphere of AREA15 and Wink World to visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Open and close the attraction, assist visitors, and guide them through viewing areas.
• Provide exemplary visitor service, demonstrating knowledge of Wink World products.
• Utilize a tablet to update queue/reservation information and assist visitors when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring proper equipment and prop maintenance, and monitoring the immediate area for debris.
• Execute special events within Wink World by assisting with visitor arrivals, check-ins, group movement, and on-site needs.
• Possess overall knowledge of the entire property, including tenants.
• Actively participate in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities by following established AREA15 policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
• Embody the attraction's backstory and invite visitors into the experience in character.
• Maintain a sense of wonder and positive energy to engage and excite visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a stimulating environment with varying levels of sound, crowds, and smoke/haze.
• Adaptability to withstand high temperatures, heat, sun exposure, and varying weather conditions.
• Work in a highly stimulating visual environment.
• Perform under varied light conditions, including low or diminished lighting.
• Maintain alertness and attentiveness for up to four (4) hours during varying shifts.
• Uphold the spirit of Wink World as an ambassador and guide.
• Possess excellent positive energy to lead visitors through the portal to the experience.
• Proactively engage and excite visitors about the mysteries of Wink World.
• Comfortable with acting and performance skills, a must.
• Ability to act and improvise within the role given the backstory of AREA15 and Wink World.
