Family Unity Counseling is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. The successful candidate will earn a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Unity Counseling, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families dealing with complex issues.
  • Provide therapy sessions collaboratively with couples while also meeting with each individual when necessary.
  • Facilitate discussions around topics including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication issues, job stress, blended families, and adjustments surrounding separation or divorce.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and digital tools to track client progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client population includes couples, families with children and adolescents, as well as individuals facing personal challenges. The goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses the unique situations of each family unit and individual, focusing on creating positive change and emotional growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
