What are Unity developers?

Unity developers are professionals who use the Unity game engine to design, develop, and deploy interactive 2D and 3D content, such as video games, simulations, and virtual or augmented reality experiences. They are skilled in programming languages like C# and are knowledgeable about the Unity Editor and its tools. Unity developers often collaborate with artists, designers, and other programmers to create engaging and functional applications for various platforms, including mobile, PC, console, and web.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Unity Developer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Unity Developer, you need strong skills in C# programming, 3D/2D game development, and a solid understanding of computer graphics and mathematics, often supported by a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with the Unity Engine, version control systems like Git, and experience with tools such as Visual Studio and asset management platforms are typically required. Creativity, problem-solving, and effective teamwork are standout soft skills in this role. These abilities are crucial for delivering high-quality interactive experiences, efficiently resolving technical challenges, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

What are some common challenges faced by Unity Developers when working on cross-platform projects?

Unity Developers often encounter challenges related to platform-specific bugs, performance optimization, and ensuring consistent user experiences across devices. Each platform (such as iOS, Android, PC, or console) may have unique requirements or limitations, requiring careful testing and sometimes custom code adjustments. Collaborating closely with QA teams and leveraging Unity's extensive documentation can help address these challenges efficiently.

Job description

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive, with the final offer negotiable based on geographic location, candidate qualifications, experience, and certifications.

Schedule

  • Monday—Friday

  • No Weekends

  • Paid Major Holidays

About Us
Curitec is a Medicare-accredited DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Part B provider, delivering advanced wound care supplies, ostomy, urological, and tracheostomy supplies that improve outcomes for residents in long-term care and post-acute settings. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence, speed of service, and building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals.

About the Role
As a Clinical Care Representative (CCR), you will serve as both a clinical resource and a trusted partner to facilities in your territory. You will educate staff on best practices in wound care, ensure patients receive the right products at the right time, and expand your territory by building relationships and marketing Curitec’s services to new potential partners. This role combines clinical expertise, relationship-building, and business development to advance Curitec’s mission of elevating care standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff in long-term care and hospice settings.

  • Conduct in-services and educational sessions to support product selection and promote best practices in wound care.

  • Serve as the clinical expert on Curitec’s product portfolio, ensuring facilities understand how to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Manage your territory with a balance of clinical service, account development, and business growth.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce and other systems for accounts, patients, and billing cycles.

  • Collaborate closely with your regional team to achieve shared goals and deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed PTA, RN, LPN, or LVN with 3+ years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience.

  • Strong wound care knowledge — able to identify pressure injury stages, wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories.

  • Understands the basic functions of wound dressings to support proper product selection and clinical education.

  • Ability to teach and guide facility staff on the use of advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals.

  • Organized and self-motivated, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of clinical and administrative staff.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer documentation tools.

  • Driven, independent, and motivated to grow your territory while representing Curitec’s values of Speed, Independence, Unity, and Pride.

  • Willing to travel occasionally within your assigned region.

  • Current Wound Care Certification preferred — or willingness to obtain within one year (company reimburses approved certification costs).

  • Ability to integrate clinical expertise with Curitec’s product portfolio and Medicare Part B compliance standards to support positive patient outcomes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus commission structure.

  • Car allowance, fuel coverage, and fully reimbursed business expenses.

  • 401(k) plan with company contribution.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Paid time off (PTO)

  • Policy in place for initial wound care certification reimbursement.

  • A dynamic culture of speed, independence, and unity—where your growth fuels our shared success and every contribution leaves a mark.
