  • Peer Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner closely with QA team and leadership to understand current manual test suites, identify high-value regression tests to automate, and lead training sessions to up-skill the team in basic automation scripting.
  • Hybrid Execution: Balance framework development with manual exploratory testing alongside the team, ensuring a smooth user experience and high-quality releases.
  • CI/CD Integration: Work with Ops and Engineering to integrate automated tests into our deployment pipelines under the guidance of the QA Manager.
  • Defect Management: Author clear, highly detailed bug reports and collaborate closely with developers and your QA team using Jira to drive resolutions.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering partners to integrate quality into the development lifecycle.
  • Continual Improvements: Audit the software development lifecycle to guarantee alignment with approved plans, customer needs, regulatory expectations and Quality System standards

  • API Test experience using, Postman, SoapUI, GraphQL or Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Team-First Mindset: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for peer mentoring, coaching, and creating accessible documentation for manual testers.
  • Tech Stack Alignment: Strong programming/scripting proficiency in at least one (ideally more) of our core languages: JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Cross-Platform Testing: Experience testing web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
