• Engage with clients through telehealth platforms to establish and work towards individualized treatment goals.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance emotional wellness.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans, adapting them based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers, social workers, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in documentation.
• Manage an active caseload, demonstrating accountability by completing accurate and timely session notes.
• Attend regular staff meetings and team workshops to enhance service delivery and contribute to team culture.
• Contribute actively to our work environment and organizational culture, promoting inclusivity and positivity.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues. Your role as a mental health counselor will not only involve treating these conditions but also empowering clients through prevention techniques and promoting resilience.

• Must hold a full license in professional counseling (LPC), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or clinical social work (LCSW).
• Required to have a minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Knowledge of community mental health resources and local support systems is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and compassionately.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit within a team setting.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery and familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Prior work in a community mental health setting providing diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Specializations or certifications in specific areas of mental health practice, such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or adolescent therapy.
