• Engage with clients during therapy sessions to develop personalized treatment goals that align with their individual needs and aspirations.
• Provide therapy focused on prevention, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with additional treatment providers and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and session notes using our secure electronic health record system.
• Manage a caseload efficiently while also attending regular team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights.
• Contribute positively to our team culture, enriching our work environment through collaboration and mutual respect.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will help empower these individuals by creating safe spaces for them to express their thoughts and feelings, fostering their emotional growth and resilience. Your work plays a crucial role in improving client outcomes and enhancing overall community well-being.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Knowledge of local community mental health resources to guide clients in accessing various support services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities that inspire confidence and encourage teamwork.

While we require one year of mental health counseling experience, previous exposure to community mental health environments is highly beneficial. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
