Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / FULL TIME / 7p-7:30a

Job Summary:

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch medical care to our patients, enhancing their overall well-being, and promoting a positive recovery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our long-term and rehabilitation patients

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Conduct regular assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed
