Family Unity Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Family Unity Counseling, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals, couples, and families to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy where necessary.
  • Address a variety of family and relational issues including, but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, and stress management.
  • Help families navigate complex situations such as blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and the challenges of separation and divorce.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our network to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will revolve around working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide crucial support to families facing various challenges, ensuring that each member feels heard and valued within the therapeutic process. Qualifications
