Primeritus Financial Services is a national provider of repossession management, remarketing, titled, and skip tracing services to the automotive finance industry in the United States and Puerto Rico. Primeritus provides clients with value-added, outsourced repossession management, skip tracing investigations, and remarketing services by leveraging a national network of certified agents and unique investigative techniques to quickly and reliably secure customers' collateral. Through effective leadership, service, and performance, Primeritus Financial Services offers the trifecta of repossession services: locate, recover, and remarket.
Position Summary:
The Client Experience Associate I is responsible for executing core operational tasks that support client service delivery within our Impounds Team. This role focuses on building foundational knowledge of systems, workflows, and compliance requirements while delivering accurate, timely, and professional support. At this level, the associate begins developing business acumen by understanding how daily work connects to client outcomes and recovery performance. This role contributes to driving recoveries through consistent execution and alignment to partner-driven strategies, supporting the broader client and vendor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily workflows with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Provide consistent, professional support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Learn systems, processes, and recovery lifecycle workflows
  • Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity expectations
  • Escalate issues appropriately through the defined support path
  • Build foundational business acumen by understanding how work impacts recovery outcomes
  • Support recovery performance through consistent execution aligned to partner expectations
  • Demonstrate accountability for assigned work and outcomes
  • Coordinate with impound lots, agents, and clients to facilitate vehicle releases.
  • Review and validate impound documentation, fees, and legal requirements.
  • Track and manage impound cases using internal systems and client portals.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, support, or service environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn systems, workflows, and compliance requirements quickly
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
