Job description

Make an impact in the role of United Airlines Cargo Agent to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs. Other duties include coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members, along with manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, maintain accurate records and documentation, follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with processing returns and exchanges. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
