Responsibilities of a Buffet Attendant (Customer Service Team Member):

• You will ensure our buffet remains fresh, clean and inviting at the highest quality standards

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining the buffet

• Responsible for preparing buffet and KFC side items

• Regularly check food levels and temperatures to ensure safety and quality

• Partner with your Team Members to manage the products needed to replenish buffet items

• Work with your Team Members in all areas of the Customer Service position

• Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions with any and all customers

• Keep dining room equipment, tables, and floors clean and inviting

• Complete buffet breakdown before end of shift – return all equipment and supplies to designated storage areas and sanitize all buffet serving surfaces.

• Position requires the ability to work at a fast pace

• Contribute to the overall positive and collaborative family environment

• Take absolute pride in everything you do

• Practices high-quality food and cleanliness standards

Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Teamwork and cooperation with coworkers
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
