Als Sales Director Growth Markets draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de wereldwijde commerciële groei van ons merk (excl. BeneFraLux). Je stuurt een team van 3 export managers en 2 sales coördinatoren aan en beheert daarnaast zelf een aantal strategische markten en key accounts.Je optimaliseert en daagt bestaande distributienetwerken uit, bouwt nieuwe duurzame partnerships uit met retailers en agenten en ontwikkelt toekomstgerichte plannen die onze internationale expansie versnellen. Daarbij focus je niet alleen op het uitbreiden van distributie, maar ook op het verhogen van rotatie en sell-out.Met jouw combinatie van strategisch inzicht en hands-on mentaliteit weet je exact wat partners nodig hebben om succesvol te verkopen, en voorzie je je salesteam van de juiste tools, duidelijke richtlijnen en concrete ondersteuning om de strategie consequent en effectief uit te voeren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je werkt internationale groeistrategieën en concrete marktontwikkelingsplannen uit voor de gekozen focusmarkten, steeds met een duidelijke focus op rendabele en duurzame groei.
  • Je bouwt ons wereldwijd distributienetwerk verder uit en optimaliseert het, waarbij je actief nieuwe strategische partnerships identificeert en succesvol aanboort.
  • Je gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe partners, zoals retailers en agenten, in zowel bestaande als nieuwe regio’s en dit over verschillende kanalen heen (out-of-home, retail, e-commerce en travel retail).
  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt zelf een aantal strategische key exportklanten en bouwt met hen aan sterke, langetermijnrelaties.
  • Je geeft leiding aan het growth team (3 export managers en 2 projectmanagers) en coacht hen naar sterke uitvoering, eigenaarschap en commerciële impact.
  • Je stelt jaarplannen, budgetten en forecasts op en volgt KPI’s en marktprestaties nauwgezet op om tijdig bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals marketing, supply chain en finance, evenals met de sales teams van Private Label en JDS BeneFraLux, om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je bezoekt markten, beurzen en key klanten om opportuniteiten te identificeren, relaties te versterken en nieuwe deals te sluiten.
  • Je ontwikkelt commerciële tools, richtlijnen en best practices die zowel partners als het salesteam ondersteunen in een consistente en succesvolle uitvoering van de strategie.

  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen internationale verkoop, bij voorkeur binnen het retail segment
  • Jouw focus zal liggen op continentaal Europa & Midden-Oosten, United States en Azië
  • Je bouwde reeds een bewezen track record op binnen de internationale uitbouw van een FMCG merk via retail- en distributie-partners
  • Je hebt een sterk strategisch inzicht, gecombineerd met commerciële daadkracht
  • Je hebt kennis van verschillende go-to-market modellen en internationale marktdynamieken
  • Je staat voor een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je hebt uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatie skills en bent daarbij ook een uitstekende coach & people manager
  • Je bent bereid om veel en internationaal te reizen (minstens 50% van de werktijd)
