As a Unit Secretary, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursing team while helping create a welcoming, organized environment for patients, families, and visitors. As the central point of communication for the nursing unit, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure information flows accurately and efficiently, so patients receive exceptional care.

As a Unit Secretary, a typical day might include the following:

  • Welcoming patients, families, visitors, and physicians while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answering telephones, call bells, and intercoms, directing requests to the appropriate team members.
