Position Overview

Tele-Mind Behavioral and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture a trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open and honest conversations.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices for accurate evaluations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client-specific needs, ensuring that therapeutic strategies are appropriately aligned with their goals.
• Provide consistent counseling sessions, whether focused on individual therapy, group therapy, or family therapy, utilizing virtual platforms that enhance client engagement.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to coordinate comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your approach will be centered around culturally responsive care, with sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and experiences of the families and individuals you serve. As a member of our team, you'll contribute to a supportive environment that empowers clients to make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and/or group therapy, with a well-developed skill set in therapeutic techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to effectively handle your caseload and administrative duties.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster client relationships and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.
• Prior work within a community health setting is advantageous, providing insights into population-specific mental health needs.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy) will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
