The Project Executive is responsible for business development, contract negotiations, and the high level execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and project management of a particular project. They are maintaining and acting in accordance with the Companies core values and to lead by example.
  • Management of all project team members (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field office coordinator) - Project teams could range from 10-50 employees.
  • Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
  • Mentors and trains project managers for fast-paced growth development and apply the Company people practices.
  • Understands, explains and monitors financial budgets and labor productivity goals.
  • 100% Detailed/hands-on knowledge of Project Requirements and Deliverables.
  • Solid & capable of understanding of building processes and systems.
  • Cost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/Monthly Status Reports.
  • Completes understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Key point of contact for the BIM and Fabrication business units.
  • Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction Results.
  • Reviews monthly financial reports and PM cost reviews, analyze deviations from plan or schedule, work with project management staff to resolve issues and keep business unit operations manager and business unit manager informed on any major issues and plans.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relations with general contractor, subcontractors, vendors and owner, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • 4 Yr. degree in Engineering or applicable field work experience in HVAC and Plumbing.
  • Minimum 5 yrs. verifiable Project Management experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
