Job description

This direct clinical care position provides general services to all patients to facilitate successful treatment for patients on the RTF. The AUD at times will participate in conducting psychoeducation group, conflict resolution group, and carry out program goals and objectives. The AUD directly supervises assigned MHA staff as they implement activities with patients, provide work assignments, and charting requirements under the supervision of the Unit director. The AUD will provide ongoing education to all adult direct care staff related to Mandt and safety of the therapeutic milieu.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Associates Degree and/or two to five years patient care experience. Instructor Certification in Mandt preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Prefer at least an Associate’s Degree in the field of human services with two years of professional experience providing services to psychiatric patients. Supervisory experience preferred.
