The NICU Respiratory Care Clinical Educator will join a nationally recognized children's hospital celebrated for quality, safety, and patient experience, where the institution's neonatal intensive care program is supported by leading-edge technology such as high-frequency ventilation, jet ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and ECMO, alongside a robust simulation center and advanced analytics to drive evidence-based practice and outcomes. The NICU Respiratory Care Clinical Educator will benefit from an organization distinguished by prestigious accreditations, breakthrough quality initiatives, strong community philanthropy, and a culture committed to continuous improvement, research collaboration, and professional growth.

The NICU Respiratory Care Clinical Educator will report to the Director of Respiratory Care with close collaboration alongside the NICU Nurse Manager and the Neonatology Medical Director to align clinical education with service-line strategy, accreditation standards, and performance metrics.
