  • Supporting patients with activities of daily living while encouraging independence, dignity, and participation in their treatment plan

  • Using verbal de-escalation techniques and therapeutic communication to help manage challenging behaviors and promote a calm, supportive environment

To be considered for this Mental Health Associate opportunity:

  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required. Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, healthcare, or human services is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team.
