• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique challenges.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and progress benchmarks, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

The clients we serve span a wide range of backgrounds and present various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; however, a Master's or doctoral degree in areas such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy are essential to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients effectively and ensure high-quality service.

Experience working with clientele presenting a range of mental health disorders is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is an advantage. Mind Foundation Counseling Center offers competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
