• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, histories, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to clients facing substance use challenges.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continually evaluating their progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share their experiences and learn from one another.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in social work practices, engaging in ongoing education and training to further enhance clinical skills.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress.

As an LCSW at Unique Behavioral Counseling Center, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and challenges. Your work will involve fostering trustful relationships with these individuals, helping them navigate their personal recovery journeys and promoting resilience, empowerment, and sustainable growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, particularly in settings focused on substance use and addiction, is essential.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical intervention are required for effective client support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Experience working in detox facilities or mental health settings, emphasizing substance use treatment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapy delivery.
• Proven ability to engage in multidisciplinary team settings, collaborating effectively with other health professionals.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
