• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based methods.
• Facilitate various types of therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing a broad range of mental health issues.
• Work closely with clients to establish and monitor their therapeutic goals, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of patient information.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed about the latest advancements and methodologies within the mental health field.

You will be working with diverse populations, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will also involve understanding and empathizing with the unique circumstances affecting your clients, strengthening therapeutic alliances, and fostering a supportive environment for change.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; candidates with a Master’s degree or higher are strongly preferred.
• Holding an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is essential.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in providing effective therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with a strong understanding of their application in real-world scenarios.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, with familiarity in using technology platforms for client interactions.
• A background in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package. Our offerings include:
