Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Card Services has an immediate opening for a Debit Card Servicer II! This is an exciting opportunity to join the largest and best credit union in Oklahoma! As a Debit Card Servicer II, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing member services for Automated Teller Machine (ATM), MoneyPlus, and credit cardholders.
  • Analyzing disputes and initiating chargebacks.
  • Performing monetary and non-monetary adjustments and changes to cardholder accounts.
  • Posting and imaging monetary and non-monetary adjustments to cardholder accounts.
  • Servicing and balancing ATM machines.
  • Interfacing with credit union staff, departments, and members as required.
  • Serve as the more experienced member of the team and  perform highest level of services, to include the most complex tasks and those that are cross functional
  • Serve as a lead for projects when needed.

Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $23.72/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule: 

Anticipated schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Education/Experience:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, which is required, and requires three years’ experience related to work of this position. Credit Union experience is preferred.

Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Debit Card Servicer II, you must possess these qualifications:

  • Knowledge of TFCU policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of VISA International, VISA USA, MasterCard, and MasterCard International Operating Rules.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to use Symitar, TransFund, and FiServ/Velera.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
  2. TFCU University certification required.
