LPNswill provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet thepsychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communicationneeds of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative andresponsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervisionof a Registered Nurse.  Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursingand hospital policies, procedures and standards.  Communicate withphysicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition,including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
